Have had my Z series for two weeks now.
Looks great (luckily no dust in mine), but as stated if you want a watch primarily to tell time at a glance…this isn’t it.
I’ve actually found myself wearing it during the day, and in the evening switching out to something different…it is nearly impossible to read in dim lighting.
I set it the day I received it, and in those two weeks it has lost at most a minute of time…that’s as good as the Rolex I have.
As a fashion statement…and for the cool factor it can’t be beat at the price point.

Yes It’s been terrible. Ultimately I settled for the wrong watch, got a refund on the ‘upgrade’ to titanium, and they’ve promised (!) a(nother) spare strap. I see now they’ve suspended production to sort out the mess…but that is simply delaying sorting out the problem even though most have already replied to them and stating what they want to happen. I’m also reading comments from titanium owners that the titanium is discolouring already. It’s a shame because the watch itself is a nice piece. Would I ever buy from Ciga again? No

The Ciga X Series debacle has demonstrated what you can expect if you buy from Ciga.

As happened with many other customers, they shipped the wrong watch, refused to reimburse the VAT and import fees on the watch that needs to be returned (over £40 in my case) and won’t provide a prepaid shipping label.

If a company won’t put right a mess of its making, I would be very wary of trusting them with your money.

With its new X Series watch, Ciga has reached new lows; much delayed, including because they under declared the value to avoid tax, they are now sending out the wrong watches to people who have funded them on Indiegogo…in my case the Titanium/Blue version I ordered was replaced by a standard black/orange version worth $60 less. Frankly a brand to be avoided, no matter how attractive the watches

Luca, I understand your woes. I wanted to return mine, they gave me some bogus address, asked me to take lots of pictures, and I would have to pay the postage back to China. Are you kidding me. I learned a lesson here. Don’t buy products that ship directly from China because if you want service or return your are SOL.

Bought one. Waited from January 2020 to July 2020 the delivery due to Coroonavirus, they said (meanwhile I received other 50 items with few days / one week delays, not six months, but ok).

Stopped working after few weeks. As it is mechanic, the main “engine” is the balance, and it is out of balance, as per my watch specialist that had a look at it. It does not charge because it moves just a while when moving the wrist, or when charging manually, then stops.
I have been asked to send photos of the watch. I sent photos. Than I have been asked to send again photos more detailed. I sent close-up photos again. Detail was not enough. I sent again close-ups made with an Iphone 10, many Mbytes per photo.
Not enough, they replied. I asked several times to send the watch to their address to inspect it, but they never accepted and insisted on “more detailed photos”.
Now the matter is in the hands of the Legal Department of Altroconsumo, an Italian association for Customer rights.
Let’s see. I will not give up. I want my money back.

I have the titanium version .

Love the design, but I agree with you about the time telling. Really hard to see the time, especially at night.

And the rotor noise.. my God is it loud.
Louder than any cheap ebay watch I have ever owned.
That’s probably the one thing keeping me from being totally happy about the watch.
